Les Fondus de la Raclette Opera

Our newest location, which opened in 2025 at 22 Rue Laffitte, just a stone’s throw from the Opéra Garnier and the Grands Boulevards. A new artistic vision featuring two distinct atmospheres: on one side, an authentic mountain chalet-style corner; on the other, the spirit of summer alpine farms, where wood blends with aluminum. The same Savoie cheeses, the same generous portions, and a completely new decor.

Frequently asked questions

What are the restaurant’s specialities?

Raclette, made with Raclette de Savoie IGP, and Savoyard fondue are our two most popular dishes. Raclette is served with cold cuts and potatoes, either as a single serving or all-you-can-eat; the fondue is shared from a caquelon. The menu also features Swiss fondue, fondue bourguignonne, and grilled meats to cook at your table.

Where do your cheeses come from?

Our plain raclette is a Raclette de Savoie PGI, and the menu also offers Morbier PDO. Our Savoyard fondue combines Comté PDO, Beaufort PDO and meule de Savoie. Our cheeses come from the Coopérative fruitière du Val d’Arly and our cured meats from Salaisons du Mont Charvin, in Savoie.

Should we reserve a table at Fondus de la Raclette Opéra?

Yes, booking is strongly recommended, especially from September to May: it’s peak raclette season and our restaurants are often full. Without a booking, we always do our best to seat you as quickly as possible, but booking guarantees your table. Book online in one click with the “Book” button.

Do you offer halal, pork-free, or alcohol-free options?

Our grilled chicken is made with halal chicken. The other meats are not halal-certified. For a pork-free raclette, you can choose the “grisonnante” option, served with dried beef, the smoked salmon option, or the vegetarian option. Our fondues are made with white wine: an alcohol-free version is available; please specify this when placing your order at the restaurant.

Do you speak English and Italian?

Yes. Our teams speak French, English and Italian. We speak English. Parliamo italiano.

Can we reserve the restaurant exclusively for a group?

Yes, whether it’s for a corporate event, a birthday, or a party with friends: the Opéra restaurant can be reserved for private events and accommodates up to 100 guests. Private reservations are available upon request; please submit your request via the page Private events, our team will respond with a customized proposal.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards (CB, Visa, Mastercard, American Express), digital meal vouchers (cards and apps), and Swile. Our restaurants do not accept checks, vacation vouchers, or paper meal vouchers.
