The historic location of Les Fondus, at 209 Boulevard Raspail, between Vavin and Montparnasse. Here, it’s a traditional mountain chalet through and through: wood paneling, stone tables with built-in grills, and soft lighting—just like an evening at a ski resort after a day on the slopes. The same Savoie cheeses and the same generous portions as at our other locations, but with a character all its own.

Raclette and Savoyard fondue are our two most popular dishes. Raclette is served with cold cuts and potatoes, either as a single serving or all-you-can-eat; fondue is shared from a caquelon. The menu also features Swiss fondue, tartiflettes, and grilled meats to cook at your table.
Our plain raclette is a Raclette de Savoie PGI. Our Savoyard fondue combines Beaufort PDO, Abondance PDO and meule de Savoie, and our tartiflettes are topped with Reblochon de Savoie PDO. Our cheeses come from the Coopérative fruitière du Val d’Arly and our cured meats from Salaisons du Mont Charvin, in Savoie.
Yes, booking is strongly recommended, especially from September to May: it’s peak raclette season and our restaurants are often full. Without a booking, we always do our best to seat you as quickly as possible, but booking guarantees your table. Book online in one click with the “Book” button.
Our grilled chicken is made with halal chicken. The other meats are not halal-certified. For a pork-free raclette, you can choose the “grisonnante” option, served with dried beef, the smoked salmon option, or the vegetarian option. Our fondues are made with white wine: an alcohol-free version is available; please specify this when placing your order at the restaurant.
